PP Sacks

Areas of Use

It is used in the transportation and packaging of pulses, flour, feed, fertilizer, nuts, cereals, sugar, salt, seeds, textiles, chemicals, construction materials and basic foodstuffs.

Product Features

25 cm to 85 cm wide synthetic sacks can be produced.

It can be produced in various weights, printed, different sizes and color options.

Sacks are produced on circular weaving machines in different thicknesses, densities and weights according to transportation and product specifications.

The mouth can be overlocked or hot cut.

Sacks can be printed.

Can be packed in 500 and 1000 pieces bales.

It can be produced in the form of hose fabric in rolls.

Can be produced in desired colors.

UV stabilizer can be added.

PE inner bag can be added as cuff folded or mouth stitched.

PP Laminated Sack

Areas of Use
It is used for the transportation and packaging of pulses, nuts, cereals, sugar, salt, seeds, textiles, chemicals, construction materials and basic foodstuffs.

Product Features

It is produced as laminated sacks with a width between 27 cm and 165 cm.

Standard sacks are produced by coating with molten polypropylene raw material. In this way, the product placed inside is prevented from leaking, dusting and sieving. It also protects the product inside the bag against dust, water and moisture that may come from outside.

Lamination can be done in desired color and weight.

Single side or double side lamination can be made according to request.

Polyethylene Film

Polyethylene shrink film is produced from low density polyethylene and flexo printing can be applied on its surface if desired. It is a type of packaging that allows the nylon to shrink and take the shape of the products when heat is applied to all products that require packaging.

PP Sulzer Woven Fabric

Sulzer fabric is the name given to the single sheet polypropylene fabric woven on Sulzer machines and is widely used especially in BIG BAG manufacturing. The raw material of Sulzer fabric used for packaging agricultural and industrial products is 100% polypropylene.

Ventilated Sulzer Fabric
Sulzer fabric is made of polypropylene and polyethylene and can be used in rolls and single layers for Bigbag production, packaging, protection and covering of goods.

Polypropylene Soil Cover

Polypropylene ground cover is often used in flower growing areas or nurseries. This cover prevents weeds from growing in the soil and has high resistance to sunlight. Its black color prevents unwanted weeds from growing in the soil by interrupting photosynthesis. Thanks to its water permeability, rainwater is transferred to the soil so that water does not accumulate on the fabric.
