U-Body 4 Loop Bigbag

Bigbags are specially designed and manufactured in accordance with the demands and needs of our customers, taking into account all safety standards.

Q-Big Bag

Q-Bag BigBags have a special design with internal panels, which are sewn to hold the side edges of the BigBag together to maintain the cube shape. Even after the BigBag is filled, the cube shape remains intact. The inner panels also increase the stability of the product by preventing the side edges of the BigBag from inflating. Symmetrical grooves (holes) in the center of the panels help to spread the filled material evenly over the entire area of the BigBag. In this way, the material is evenly distributed on all surfaces of the BigBag, including the corners.

Big Bag with Valve

Big Bags with vents provide air circulation thanks to the vertically perforated polypropylene fabric (with 13 and 26 vent options) produced by using only horizontal ropes at certain distances. The main purpose of this design is to allow the material inside to breathe and prevent the products inside from rotting.

Antistatic Bigbags are products with low surface conductivity values designed to prevent sudden energy discharges that may occur during filling and discharging operations in flammable and explosive dust and gas environments. Thanks to these features, it ensures that the sensitive products filled are protected from external environmental conditions and stored safely.

This structure makes it possible to transport multi-part loads up to 1500 kg safely, without tipping over and in one piece.

Cross Corner Bigbag

Cross Corner Bigbags are made of circular woven fabrics and hose fabrics do not have side seams. The lifting handles are sewn into the body of the main fabric and sometimes reinforced with vertical fabric reinforcement. This design is preferred to save time and effort, especially in forklift handling operations.

The national and international transportation of dangerous goods is carried out in accordance with the UN Dangerous Cargo Transportation Regulations in order to minimize environmental impacts in order to prevent possible accidents and problems that may arise from these accidents. There are four different classifications of UN Bigbags:

13H1 - Bigbags without lamination, liners

13H2 - Bigbags with or without liner

13H3 - Bigbags without lamination, with liner

13H4 - Laminated, lined Bigbags
